Welcome to Campstone

The Campstone Community project is situated in Southeastern Arizona and located within the city limits of the Town of Huachuca City, Cochise County, Arizona, USA.

Huachuca City is:

  • 60 miles south of Tucson
  • 30 miles south of I10 and Benson
  • 30 miles north of Naco, and Mexico
  • 3 miles north of Fort Huachuca and Sierra Vista
  • 20 miles west of Tombstone
  • Accessed by 4-lane State Highway 90 that bi-sects the city

Campstone Community is block plotted for 2020 +/- homes in 25 neighborhoods with lot sizes varying from 2,400 to 8,250 sq. ft.

The 802+/- acres are zoned medium density within the PAD, with 6 acres of commercial property and potential industrial property. In 2004 Huachuca City adapted a Comprehensive General Plan in which the Campstone Community is portrayed. Situated in the city limits Campstone Community has the advantage of municipal water, sewer, garbage collection, fire protection, emergency medical, police protection, library, pool, social services and local shopping.

The magnificent mountain views in the Campstone Community are preserved with 47% open space or 377 acres used as riparian areas, active drainage systems, retention areas, concession to natural terrain, neighborhood parks, and retaining structures. Residential space of 53% or 425 acres is used for roads, streets, utility easements, lots, community walls, entrance monuments and signage. A historical park located at the entrance to the Campstone Community will describe significant historical and geological curiosities visible from the park.

Huachuca City is a welcome community to call home whether one works at Fort Huachuca, is a retired military personnel, or just looking to become residents of a pleasantly peaceful community in southern Arizona. Huachuca City has all the urban advantages yet retains the stunning Arizona beauty and climate second to none.
